Arkham Knight : All those who follow you

I was thinking about doing one for each of Batman's in the field allies. I don't know if I will at this point but I do know I am SUPER HYPED for this game!!!!    
Also does anyone know a free software I could use to colour hand drawn and then scanned images?  Would be greatly appreciated
